This is a problem people need to address at Connecticut Juvenile Training School. Why is it Residential & Operational Supervisors are fighting over their schedules at CJTS? I was told that Operational Supervisors receive special treatment when it comes to scheduling i.e. days off duty. By the same token, Residential Supervisors have to work on the CJTS campus when management beckons. Maybe the reason for this special treatment is the Operational Supervisors are white & the Residential Supervisors are largely people of color. Has racism & bias raised its ugly head at CJTS?
