I am employeed at Connecticut Juvenile Training School in Middletown, Connecticut. Most recently a person regained a job at CJTS after questionable involvement in a federal program that supplied storm victims with food vouchers last year. It is alleged this employee filed claims that were not true, thus gaining access to food vouchers. How did this person get their job back? (a demonition at that). This person now has a Unit Leaders position and has taken away a chance for someone else to advance.
