VOTE IS CANCELLED: SOMETHING IS ROTTEN AS AN OLD FISH HEAD

The local Youth Services Officers at Connecticut Juvenile Training School looked forward to a union election during the week of October 3,2012. There was a tension in the air; "hope sprang eternal in the hearts of men." New people were up for election and a strong black female stood poised to possibly be elected Union Steward -in spite of obstructionism by the children of Jim Crow. Then as if by some form of magic the vote was cancelled -say what? I heard that a union official did not come in and therefore the vote was called off, leaving the YSOs without an opportunity for new union leadership.
Some people are saying the double cross by management caused the vote cancellation: no vote, something is rotten as an old fish head in the hot sun. It is no secret CJTS management does not want the black woman supervisor at CJTS as a union steward; a conspiracy? did someone put in a double cross? We know stranger things have occurred on the DCF Planation to YSOs, and it is no surprise, that a diabolical plot (worthy of the plot to kill Caesar) to keep a strong black woman out of a union steward position happened.
