TALE OF TWO MEN: BLACK & WHITE JUSTICE?


The data below was sent by an anonymous person.James Weatherby works at Connecticut Juvenile Training School. A former employee (read Ruel Catching Hell parts 1 & 2) that is black was terminated for the same offence Weatherby is Caucasian.

The below FOI – Freedom Of Information Act…  Report shows that James Weatherby has been on Facebook multiple times at work, and during work hours. We have a listing from June 2012 through September 2012.  He had to many internet violations for us to list all of them.  So we gave you four examples out of the many were detected.  Has he been spoken too in regards to these violations?  Why is he allowed to do this and get away with it?  Will he get terminated?  If he was Black would he have been fired?

Below is a link to Weatherby's internet use while at work from June 1, 2012 to Sept. 6, 2012. I want you to view this material and determine if this was work related or not.
If all this is not work related then why is Ruel catching hell ?  (fired for internet use at work). Is there a double standard?
