IN HOUSE PROMOTIONS ARE SUSPECT ON THE PLANTATION

Hello readers. It has been a while since this writer posted an article on DCF Plantation Blog. It has been reported that several in house promotions within the Department of Children and Families are not what it appears to be. A reliable source within DCF reports "there are no MALE black managers in the Hartford or Manchester [ called Klanchester due to overt racism in that facility] offices. There is a lot more to this story and it will be discussed in the next few days.
