TWO ISSUES FROM BUILDING # 6 .. BLACK / WHITE

People are reporting that injustices continue to mount at Connecticut Juvenile Training School in Middletown, Connecticut. The latest episode of " as the plantation turns" is indeed hard to understand no matter how you view it. I am told that two Youth Service Officers from building # 6 were accused of inappropriate comments by incarcerated residents. The black female YSO has been placed outside of her bldg # 6 Unit until an investigation is completed ( it has been 3 months and she has not been cleared or have the allegations been validated ). CJTS management placed this black female YSO on the front desk everyday greeting peers coming to work; she cannot work on another Unit, nor earn overtime.

A white male YSO also had accusations of inappropriate comments -made against him by residents. However the story differs from the black female, CJTS management removed the male from his bldg # 6 Unit. Sources have confirmed the white male YSO is allowed to work in other Units plus earn overtime. These are two issues from building # 6 similar in nature but different in outcomes. Now someone tell me why are there different levels of process / procedure with these two people!!

KeyStone Cop DCF Plantation leaders continue treating white and black employees differently but nobody is willing to admit the raw truth. There is racial animus seething within the DCF / CJTS milieu which continues to reek of injustice.
