NIGHTMARE ON SILVER STREET

Well it is rumored that something is taking place at Connecticut Juvenile Training School that can only be termed a nightmare on Silver Street ( the street CJTS is located on ). The forces of racial animus are gathering under a new cabal to oppress Youth Service Officers. Since one of the primary antagonist in middle management retired from CJTS there has been a scramble for power. Now it is reported that a Unit Leader from building # 4 and several members of middle management are in cahoots, i.e. seeking to undermine YSOs efforts at gaining justice on the plantation. Sources report that middle management, the building # 4 Unit Leader, a Unit Leader from building # 5 et al. make up the core of this unholy union. At the center of the evil plans is this ghastly person from building # 4 who has been waiting in the background for a chance to create more havoc among YSOs. It is interesting that this particular Unit Leader seeks to disrupt egalitarian rights of YSOs but no one in management will focus on the Unit Leaders spotty work record ( never at work ).
 Rumors abound that the UL from building # 4 spends more time at the Foxwoods Casinos than at CJTS.

This latest development at suppressing the aspirations of YSOs can be stopped in its tracks if YSOs stop fighting each other and focus on things other than working overtime. If YSOs survey the landscape of CJTS they will see how middle management along with nefarious Unit Leaders from buildings 4 / 5 are the new enemy.
