There are rumblings at Connecticut Juvenile Training School about workplace violence against a certain employee of color. Well placed sources indicate a white supervisor working at CJTS has crossed the line and used power / authority to harass another employee. At this juncture the details about this latest spate of racial animus are sketchy and need to be clarified by DCF Plantation Blog. However, what is known can be summarized by stating " the issue of workplace violence was reported to DCF / CJTS hierarchy". Several people running these two agencies are supposedly investigating these claims of workplace violence, bullying and gender discrimination.
