The document posted here concerns a state worker that has been featured in this blog numerous times. It seems as if administrators at Connecticut Juvenile Training School give more chances to this person than others who are guilty of lesser infractions. In 2009 this employee hit a resident and was not terminated. Excessive use of state computers while at work etc did not warrant disciplinary action. We request readers to peruse the document below to decide if he is receiving special treatment after yet another episode on the DCF plantation.
