DCF DISCIPLINARY 2011: HARSHER PENALTIES FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR

Chart one shows that 52% of employees at DCF are white and 48% are people of color.

Chart two shows that the majority of disciplinary actions within DCF are against employees of color.

Chart three shows that harsher disciplinary actions are taken against employees of color, and not whites.
