The hydra of DCF plantation has several heads consisting of the following components. First of all if you are a child in the State of Connecticut you are likely to wind up in their system of supervision, treatment or care. Second if you are a minority employee you are likely to have the lowest paying position within their hierarchy. Third, again minority employees are twice as likely to be terminated for various reasons. Lastly, whether you are a minority employee or a community care provider; there is a chance of placement on DCF's Central Registry list-which prevents future employment with certain agencies and obtaining degrees for child care work.
As previously posted on the blog was a story titled Lies, Damned Lies and Statistics; this covered DCF's attempt to make claims it is diversified in hiring practices. This chart below indicates more deception is being carried on by the DCF hydra of bias,racism and inequality.
