I created this website as a direct response to bias, discrimination and racism within the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Connecticut Juvenile Training School (CJTS) and other State Agencies. This is just a beginning introduction about state run agencies that oppress employees of color while claiming to help children & adolescents.
